Rates are set by Yandex and are the same for every fleet, so nobody has an advantage here. Not us, not anyone else.
ProRide's commission is 6.5% and does not change. Yandex charges its own commission separately. With the loyalty programme our commission drops: 5.5% from 270 orders a month, 4.5% from 370, 3.5% from 500. More orders means less commission.

Through our portal you can cash out at any moment. The withdrawal fee is 0.55 ₾, and above 110 GEL it is 0.5% of the amount.
From 1 May 2026, under decree №70, foreign citizens may drive a taxi only if they hold a permanent residence permit. Details on the blog.
We work from 10am to 9pm, though our system and app are built so that you never need to come to the office or call.
