    By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

    2. Service Description

    ProRide is a taxi fleet that helps drivers register on the RideTech Georgia LLC platform (Yandex Go) as taxi drivers. Yandex Pro (the driver app) is a product of RideTech Georgia LLC. Our services include:

    • Driver registration on the RideTech Georgia platform (Yandex Fleet) as a taxi driver
    • Vehicle registration
    • Technical support for drivers
    • Fleet management

    3. Registration Requirements

    Registration requires:

    • Being at least 18 years old and legally competent
    • Having a valid driving license in Georgia
    • Holding a valid driver's license
    • Providing accurate and complete information
    • Having an active phone number

    By completing the registration form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

    4. User Obligations

    • Do not use the website for illegal purposes
    • Do not provide false or misleading information
    • Do not interfere with the normal functioning of the website
    • Respect the rights of third parties

    5. Intellectual Property

    All materials on the website, including the logo, text, design and software code, are the intellectual property of ProRide LLC and are protected by Georgian law.

    Copying, distribution or use of materials without our prior written consent is prohibited.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    ProRide LLC is not responsible for:

    • The operation of the RideTech Georgia LLC platform (Yandex Pro) or its decisions
    • Technical disruptions of third-party services
    • Consequences caused by incorrect information provided by the user
    • Force majeure circumstances

    The website is provided on an "as is" basis. We strive to ensure uninterrupted service, but do not guarantee it.

    7. Registration Outcome

    ProRide LLC assists drivers with registration on the RideTech Georgia platform (Yandex Fleet), but does not guarantee that RideTech Georgia LLC will accept the registration request. Approval or rejection of registration is a unilateral decision of RideTech Georgia LLC, over which ProRide LLC has no influence.

    In case of registration rejection, ProRide LLC is not responsible for any damages or expenses incurred.

    8. Service Termination and Restriction

    ProRide LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate service in the following cases:

    • Violation of these terms by the user
    • Provision of false or misleading information
    • Engagement in or attempt of illegal activity
    • Violation of the RideTech Georgia LLC platform rules

    9. Data Protection

    Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Georgian Law on Personal Data Protection.

    10. Changes to Terms

    ProRide LLC reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

    11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These terms are governed by Georgian law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Georgia.
