Technical Manager
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of driving experience
We are looking for a Technical Manager for our fleet who will ensure vehicles are in proper working condition and collaborate with partner workshops.
Responsibilities
- Monitor vehicles’ proper operation, maintaining frequent contact with drivers
- Periodically inspect the visual condition of vehicles and monitor engine oil levels and timely replacement
- Act as a liaison between drivers and designated workshops
- Inspect unrented vehicles at workshops for technical condition and interior/exterior cleanliness
- Collaborate with fleet partner workshops
- Deliver damaged/accident vehicles to workshops and coordinate during repairs
- When needed, arrange delivery of spare parts from designated suppliers to workshops, primarily via courier
- Coordinate vehicle-related expenses with direct supervisor
- Where possible, find additional service centers at reasonable prices
- Stay in contact with other fleet managers during work
