How withdrawals from Yandex Pro work in Georgia
If you drive through a park, the park pays out your Yandex Pro balance. Each park sets its own terms: fee, banks, speed and hours.
You see your balance in Yandex Pro, but the park is what sends the money to your bank account. So the park decides what a withdrawal costs, how long you wait, and whether you can withdraw at night or at the weekend.
What a taxi park is and what it does is explained in our guide.
How to withdraw with ProRide, step by step
Open the ProRide app or driver.proride.ge, choose an account or add a new IBAN, enter the amount and confirm the transfer.
ProRide drivers withdraw on their own, with no operator involved:
- 1Open the ProRide app (App Store, Google Play) or driver.proride.ge and go to the withdrawal page.
- 2Choose a saved account or add a new one: enter the IBAN and the recipient's name.
- 3Enter the amount, or tap "All" to fill in your available balance.
- 4Check the amount, bank and fee, and confirm the transfer.
- 5After you confirm, you can follow the transfer's status in the app.
Save your account once and every later withdrawal takes a few seconds.
Which banks you can withdraw to
With ProRide you withdraw to TBC, Bank of Georgia or Liberty Bank, to a Georgian IBAN.
A Georgian IBAN starts with GE and has 22 characters. The app checks the IBAN as you type and tells you what to fix if something is wrong.
- TBC Bank
- Bank of Georgia
- Liberty Bank
What a withdrawal costs
A withdrawal under 110 ₾ costs 0.55 ₾. From 110 ₾ up, the fee is 0.5% of the whole amount.
You see the fee before you confirm, on the confirmation screen.
| Amount | Fee |
|---|---|
| Under 110 ₾ | 0.55 ₾ |
| 110 ₾ or more | 0.5% of the amount |
How fast the money arrives
Usually within 2-3 minutes. Some transfers to Bank of Georgia and all transfers to Liberty take 10-20 minutes, and the app tells you beforehand.
You can withdraw on any day and at any hour, weekends included.
If a transfer fails
The amount of a failed transfer returns to your balance automatically. Then tap "Try Again".
A few things worth knowing:
- One withdrawal runs at a time. While the previous one is processing, do not request another.
- If a bank is under maintenance, the app shows a notice, and tells you again when the bank is back.
- If Yandex itself is down, withdrawals can pause at every park. Do not repeat a withdrawal of the same amount. More in our article on the October outage.
- If the money has not returned to your balance, call us: +995 504 221 696.
What to ask a park about withdrawals before you register
Ask five things: what it costs, which banks, how fast, at any time or only in office hours, and what happens if a transfer fails.
Over a year those answers add up to a real difference. Other questions for choosing a park are in a separate article.
