What is a taxi park?
A taxi park is a Yandex partner company that connects drivers to Yandex Go. It links your profile to the service, pays your earnings out to your bank account and supports you while you drive.
In Georgian it is ტაქსოპარკი and in Russian таксопарк. In English you will also see "taxi fleet" or "partner park". They all mean the same thing.
In Georgia, drivers join Yandex Go through a Yandex partner park. Yandex runs the app, the orders and the fares. The park is the company you deal with every day: it connects you, pays you and answers the phone when something goes wrong.

Who does what: Yandex, the park and the driver
Yandex provides the orders and sets the fares. The park connects you, pays you out and supports you. The driver brings the licence, the car and the work.

How much does a taxi park charge?
Two amounts come off each order: Yandex's service fee and the park's commission. At ProRide the park commission is a flat 6.5%, and Yandex's fee is charged separately.
When you compare parks, always ask whether a quoted rate is the park's share only or the total. A low number in an advert can hide fees elsewhere.
ProRide's commission is 6.5% on every vehicle class, from your first day. The loyalty programme lowers it to 5.5%, 4.5% or 3.5% when you complete 270, 370 or 500 orders in a calendar month. Details are in the loyalty programme article.
Ask any park for its full list of charges in writing: the commission, the withdrawal fee, and any weekly or other fixed charge it has.
How does a taxi park pay you?
The park moves money from your Yandex balance to your bank account. At ProRide you withdraw in the app at any time to TBC, Bank of Georgia or Liberty, and the money usually arrives within minutes.
Your earnings build up on your Yandex balance, and a withdrawal moves them to your card. At any park, check how often you can withdraw, what it costs and what happens when a transfer fails. At ProRide:
- When: any day and any hour, holidays included.
- Where: to a TBC, Bank of Georgia or Liberty account. Step by step in our withdrawal guide.
- Cost: 0.55 ₾ per withdrawal, or 0.5% of the whole amount from 110 ₾ up.
- Speed: usually within a few minutes. Some bank transfers take up to 20 minutes.
- If a transfer fails: the money returns to your balance automatically, and you can try again.

What else a taxi park can do for you
A good park does more than pay out. At ProRide a driver can get an income statement for the bank and health insurance, do photo checks at our office, and pay fines and bills from their balance.

How to join a taxi park in Georgia
Check that you and your car meet the requirements, choose a park, register, then sign in to Yandex Pro. At ProRide the registration form takes about 2 minutes.
The steps are the same at any park:
- 1Check the requirements: a valid driving licence, an ID document and a car that Yandex accepts for your tariff. See car requirements.
- 2Choose a park. Ask about the commission, payouts, support and extra charges: 6 questions to ask before you register.
- 3Register. At ProRide you fill in the registration form online, in about 2 minutes.
- 4Install Yandex Pro and sign in with the phone number you registered.
- 5Complete the checks the app asks for (usually a photo check) and start taking orders.

Can you change taxi park?
Yes. A driver is not tied to a park and can move if the terms stop suiting them.
Before you move, withdraw your balance from the old park and make sure you have no unpaid fines or debts there. Then register with the new park. A good park keeps drivers with its terms, not with obligations.
