Does Yandex have a hotline in Georgia
Yandex's official pages for Georgia list no phone number. Support works through the app: Yandex Go for passengers, Yandex Pro for drivers.
The Yandex Go terms of use for Georgia give the e-mail [email protected]. They give no phone number.
For card payments, the terms say to contact Yandex by the phone numbers shown in the service or through the app's help (feedback) form, within 14 days of the payment. So if there is a number, look for it in the app, not on other websites.
The ProRide number +995 504 221 696 is not a Yandex hotline. It is the line of our fleet, a Yandex partner park, for drivers.

Message support from the Yandex Go app. For a forgotten item, open the ride in History and call the driver.
What to do, by question:
- 1A problem with a ride: open support in the Yandex Go app and write what happened and when.
- 2A card payment: message support within 14 days of the payment.
- 3A forgotten item: open the ride in History and call the driver. The button is there for 48 hours after the ride.
- 4No access to the app: the e-mail given in the terms is [email protected].

Drivers: Yandex Pro support and your park
For the app, orders, rating and blocks, message Yandex support from Yandex Pro. For withdrawals, your balance and documents, contact your park.

We cannot handle passenger complaints, refunds or forgotten items. Those go to Yandex Go support.
